when the activity of the pps has absolutely nothing to do with this-or-that success or failure of the company.

The "smart" money has been flocking in on REDG. They couldn't care less if it's an intellectual properties company or a lemonade stand!
The medium IS the message! And the OTC is a den of thieves; not because the IPOs are almost-all scams, but because of the greedy skilled traders versus the greenhorn neophytes looking for a lottery win.
The proof is in the putting and "the putting" is the market depth indicators. THAT is where you'll find the evidence of their ruthlessness. They're not trying to fleece the fledgling startups; they're trying to pick-the-pockets of the other traders.
