Bill has abandoned us Shareholders, appealing our Zoning kept us in the money and in the game.
To drop our OMB appeal is the final blow, closing forever the doors on Cen Biotech and Shareholders alike.
It makes no sense to drop an appeal that you know you will win. Governing case law exists. There was harm, our remedy after 2 years was just 70 days away.
Bills Federal claim for 15 Million is dead, without Zoning he has no argument.
The Federal Courts of Canada have no jurisdiction to hear arguments regarding Zoning.
