This was one of 5 Cox reports issued this year.Although they are not dated,This one came out around March-April if I recall correctly.
Cox writes for the Mauldin Group (over 1 million readers).He is still very adamant about the importance of not only CTIX but is still strongly favoring BTX,INO,APDN
and NNVC.(He left Agora for Mauldin in order to be able to invest in NNVC and BTX)At Agora,he was not allowed to invest in any companies he reported on.Now he can.
Although investors have been disappointed with NNVC,Cox maintains close watch over his picks and understands what has been slowing NNVC down.He still maintains high expectations of NNVC.
