A few people duped into selling at .0090>.0082 range after being manipulated down on low volume.
Only significant bid pickups were 150K at .0085 and about 350K at .0090.
"911" trades at .0098 and .0100 against the 10K hold backs attempts.
To the upside, still just the 50K flipper at .01 and 413K at .0109 (unchanged).
So all that has happened so far is a few duped into selling as 670K shares changed hands from weak > long / flipper and back to the close / open price with update still imminent.
