Remember DLCR needs APPROVAL, hopefully coming
this week for those pending CONTRACTS to have the
supposed VALUE the DLCR CEO is talking about.

This is still a VERY RISKY stock until OFFICIAL
APPROVAL is given by the authorities to go ahead
and actually work on these contracts.
