The Federal Court has no Jurisdiction over municipal land Use or Zoning. Period. Unconstitutional rules and access have no barring on Zoning.
We needed to be heard, we needed to remedy our Zoning to keep Our Money, and Cen Biotech in the Game.
Now without Zoning, every argument federal or otherwise,.. is dead.
