So what is a fair valuation for INNV ?
Well, on 1M of revs we were around 7-8 cents...let's use 7cents for below math. Now we have (assuming 14M from Fluticare revs in the USA):
5M + 4M from the 3 new products + 1M add'l from recent Asian deal + 14M USA Fluticare and say 3M from Int'l Fluticare sales = 27M in revs annually or 27 X the 7 cents
27x7 = 189 but o/s has just gone up by 42% (more dilution) so my ONE YEAR PPS target is 1.12 but stock market is only 6-8 months forward looking, so as of 8/9/16 at 6:30pm, my fair value for current PPS assuming full Fluticare approval would be 56 cents.
