The company's CEO's has done absolutely nothing for the value of both companies. Every action he has taken has dropped the PPS and cost the company more money and more debt since everything has been dropped in the last second. Every action he has taken has magically been suspended or dropped. If this companies business model is now litigation so help us as we shareholders will not see any benefit from it.
