1.5 Billion - 1.469 Carrie shares with paper= 30-31 Million old shares left
134 Million + 30 Million = 164 million shares TORQ
167 million - 164 million = 3 Million or 3 certs left of TORQ
1.252 Billion DUTV + 167 M TORQ = 1.420
1.5 B -1.420 B = the 80 million left in PTEL SS to fill with other company's . Total 1.5 Billion
Which brings me to the already connected and merged Encounter Tech inc Restricted and a old IBM Nasdaq ready
