Team work, that's all I'm saying. To not take your words so "literal" (sic), we can be more conceptual about it. You're putting a personal agenda first and that is your right to do so. Your post was quite clear and easily understandable.

But if you post that personal agenda on a discussion board, don't be surprised/sensitive/offended/ or whatever reaction is accurate, when someone comments on it. It's your right to such an agenda and our right to comment on it..
