You seemed very upset there is now a floor (i.e. This is a HUGE step in the wrong direction.). You also seem upset they will be getting a "massive discount" if the stock price goes up. (i.e. making money).

I like the news today. Seems like there are a couple that don't and trying to spin it as negative. I guess if I shorted this stock, I wouldn't be happy as it has a floor now and would need to think about covering before ESS trial starts. Not saying you or any other specific poster is short, but clearly some are in this stock given the non-stop, dedicated life to bashing.
