The group that is watching this will probably run it up just before the news - whenever that is.
In the meantime, low level flippers from around .0013 could have taken 50% at .0020 if they wanted to and most did not.
Up 53% on only 19M from .0015>.0023 - so only just over 2M per .0001 even with undercut ask flippers.
Also, 3:1 tried to get the last 1M at .0020 creating an instant 2M bid at .0020.
