A few flippers who were in earlier undercutting the ask at .0022/21 with small amounts.
2M taken off the bid at .0016 and slapped the undercut ask at .0020.
An absolute maximum of 37M - more likely 22M (since it had an .0011>.0015 run a few weeks ago) - was loaded by those who spotted this earlier than today in the .0011>.0015 range - nobody got anything cheaper. Pretty much irrelevant since 16M traded already today and any who wanted a low level flip could easily have taken it if that's all they wanted.
