Reasonble? Waste of resources and money getting the court cases and then dumping them when the date is right around the corner or when the judge say so ok lets do this?

The MMPR is NOT going anywhere, it'll be alive and kicking after Aug 24 whether amended or under a new name while my shares will be rotting away with some guy wasting money with law suits that add nothing of value to the shares and really lose us money.
