We are sitting here lower than low - market cap of around $3.5M. But we all expect ESS to be a success and the stock price and market cap to rise once trials start.
Now, after their changes, if that happens, the toxics get a massive discount - more than 25% - and they still get to convert and dump.
Say the price goes to $0.25 cents. Instead of them converting and dumping at $0.1875, they get to convert and dump at $0.05.
Their discount is now is 80%. Yay!!
I see that there is now a floor and that is a positive. But we all think/hope we are going up once trials start.
They took the benefit away from us and the number of issued and outstanding balloons as a result.
Guess GC had no choice.
We are still dependent on someone giving us money and letting us buy out the toxics.
