Yes, I interpret this differently. This is a HUGE step in the wrong direction. But at least we know how screwed we are.
Either someone gives us money to pay off the toxics at a value that values us more than 5 cents a share or breaking even won't happen for almost anyone (even those who aggressively averaged down).
