If they were unconcerned with getting good value for new shares they would have just let the convertible lender convert at a value of 2,000,000 for 25% -30% of the company.
They didn't do that and have been fighting that result.
Why would they turn around and issue 410,000,000 for a transaction so valueless to NTEK that we shareholders (including their own interests) would essentially be flushed???
I don't see it.
