I feel that they have waited until now that the R/S is complete to make the changes This is why I keep stating that they will be no audits on the past filings of NTEK.
They increased the A/D to 499 million for a reason. They did the same with the gaming division prior to the spinoff.
I feel the A/S will be restricted and use for a partner and for employee compensation.
I feel UltraFlix will be spinoff under its own symbol. Maybe "UFLX" .... It would make sense!!!! Clean break and no audits.... This is why NTEK is claiming going forward into 2017 there will be audits with their State of the art new financial department !!!
