Your points are valid, I just think finding a investor to agree to those terms as unlikely.
My belief that they would restructure is based on my thinking that a investor would want the potential to liquidate if necessary, and they cant as easily with the preferred .
And we are a start up, I just think there is less leverage than there was a year ago, we have our backs against the wall. Hopefully CP comes through as anticipated
