Something I'm curious about and hopefully someone out there can answer this question. I understand the fact that hjoe don't want to file that way KBM can't do their conversions. But they would have to be current in order for them to do this. So why can't they file everything except for the last quarter? Everything would be out there in order for them to do this. All their current plans and things they are doing are already out there being tweeted on social media. I.e. The new product line that is coming out this next week. By doing these filings all except the last quarter would put them more current and also take the stop sign down. Then hopefully that would draw in more investors and bring our stock prices up. Just curious maybe one of you can enlighten me .!!
