There is no way in hell the common shareholder will vote yes for another RS.
Until GC removes the toxics, has a significant JV (not another penny stock partner), or begins the trials, why should we vote yes?
No one trusts this company to act in shareholders best interest, GC only goal has been to maintain his salary and compensation.
How many millions have been raised through toxic financing over the past few years and where has that money gone?
