The math would indicate that 52 weeks in a year (364 days) would mean 260 weekdays since 8/24/15 until 8/22/16 which includes about ten non-trading holidays. That would mean Monday, Aug 8th, would be about 240 trading days from 8/24/15...and maybe a few days later if it was "the week of."
But since your "DD" tells you that those shares should all have been sold by now and that therefore nefarious entities are manipulating with 12,500 trades, you should continue to trust your own logic.
