1- production and sales
2- reduce the amount of shares
3- eliminate toxic financing
4- have a solid business plan for the three above
5- well written and timed PR's to announce the production and sales.
6- A solid management team to build the company not a one man show.
7- under promising and over delivering
8- get off the pink sheets
9- successful viability of products
10-successful durability of products.
