So the Rosen firm's appeal supposedly on behalf of Zagami has been expedited and they will have to file BEFORE all of the sanction stuff is done? That's how I read it, anyway.

I wonder if they can get a delay in having the final decision on sanctions until after their appeal on the merits of the case? It's "expedited" but an appellate court takes forever to rule, even on an "expedited" schedule. So I guess they are trying to continue dragging it out to avoid sanctions as long as possible.

Somehow I don't think Judge Failla will go easier on them because of this.
