good time to buy in ASAP IMO
SVTE acquired deltastag (revs now ~3.6m annually; small operating profit last Q) in 2013, last month they acquired MCV comp. INC (private business with ~2m rev last year and running on operating profits. SVTE paid some cash, some shares (our complaints we don't know how cash was generated resp. notes taken, neither how many shares) and the lack of communication with the CEO brought the pps down from the cent threshold to the 0.002s.
Market cap only $425k, which is half of current quarterly revenue and less than one tenth of the expected annual revenue.

Proper appreciation would for this sector be at least twice the PS ratio...around 8 cents. We won't be there soon IMO but we could at least see 2-3 cents could by EOY.
SS excellent but I expect some rise in the coming times even though the convertible notes declared in the last Q of some 106K had maturity dates in Nov 2016 and 2017.
