CTIX files the Motion for Sanctions against the Rosen firm on Aug. 15. Then they reply by Sept. 23 (they get more time probably because of Labor Day weekend). Then 2 weeks later CTIX gets to rebut.
It is confusing. CTIX is the Defendant and Rosen is the Plaintiff, because this is not a new lawsuit. We're filing for sanctions based on the Rosen suit in which they were the Plaintiff.
