No problem with that...there are off shore medical schools...
However those in the Middle East, China and India
Take short cuts and Green Cards drive the short cuts...all they need is a sponsor in the US.
Hell, had another in the Army from Asia that had a degree in veterinarian medicine, that practiced on humans...they finally only let him do ETS physicals. Though he was great with weird diseases.
US needs to get out of the practice of selling green cards. They aren't getting their moneys worth in most cases.
