I worked in the Medical Field for 30 years. I actually worked with a doctor in the Army that had bought his medical degree overseas. He had 4 years of college and dropped out of medical school after 1 year. He cut on people in the Army for over 8 years. He didn't get caught until a family member tried the same thing. I see these so called foreign doctors up here in Michigan. My ex as a RN had more education than most of them. It is scary and they keep coming Medical degree is a fast tract green card.
