btw .. the reason i stress CEs' patterns (cycle of money always in play)
is because for those *liquid* stox CEs' have worked relentlessly .. they
almost *never* pass up the opportunity to *reset* the 52 week low
i pointed it out elsewhere in advance as well .. on another stock recently ..
WNDW (reset 52 week low reset @ 2.00 on 7.18.16) .. it is being held
around the 3.00 range these days .. just a reminder every OTC SURVIVOR
(regardless of uplisting out of OTC cesspool) has *massively* embedded
abusive shorts .. which presents a dilemma as mgmt continues to execute
