At #784, I stated that I believed that the recipient of the 20M shares in the latest issuance would probably wish to get at least the "even" amount owed value of .0094 and might also try to get a significant profit as the stock could easily run 100% up from .0094 towards .02 over the comings days, weeks and months.

To reinforce that opinion, the attached Form 4 shows that the CEO sold 350K shares at .0213 on July 15.

He therefore patiently waited for the 23M volume day that gave a recent high of .0243 and sold after the stock lost momentum. When the stock started going down, people who failed to get in / enough before the .02 break were chasing it for fear of being left out and were propping up the bid with huge amounts above .0208.

I watched it happen at the time and had already sold mine the moment I detected the slackening off of the buying surge [getting .0240 and .0222 for my 2 small lots].

.0243 on July 15 was the high to date in 2016 - previous high was .021 on February 25.
