It was brought to my attention through a source that NTEK was in talks with Alibaba for a 10 million dollar revolving credit knowing the Paramont deal was coming. They weren't able to come to term...... Alibaba wanted too much. This all came down as Paramont began to role out .... That was the beginning of dilution.
Again I was not at the SHM ..... But if you look at the timing of everything, I could see this happening especially where was NTEK going to get the funding for their plan... They had no choice but to dilute.
