I agree that a JV upfront is preferable. But I don't think they have any leverage right now. I think they are toxic cesspool of a company. And I don't think their position can get much worse. However, if they start the trials, the results will become public and people will see what an incredible product we have.

I believe GC used NVIV as a comp for a reason. Their trials are public and their stock price goes up every time they have a positive result.

Our stock price should go up and we should get interest from other potential partners. Both would create leverage that we don't have today.

Is your last paragraph suggesting that we partner with somebody through a JV and then partner again? We only want to carve up this pie once - not multiple times.

Again, money upfront is preferable but only if we can get it and at good terms. Otherwise I think we have to start the trials to create some leverage in our favor.

Appreciate your point. Just not sure we can pull it off in our current condition.
