so for those scratching their head .. as to why AVXL would be *targeted*
so aggressively .. after last week's *illegally manipulated raid*

it's beyond simple .. Anavex (company) still exists ..

contrary to what most retail believes .. every OTC survivor that uplists
does not have their abusive shorts *covered* .. (edit .. CEs' rarely even
*cover* legal shorts) .. and as noted what SROs' report re: *legal* has
shown a pronounced increase since uplisting last Fall

so beyond the obvious of needing legit shares of significance .. the other
option after a R/S (always reshorted) .. is to try to force the company
into non compliance by compressing X co.s PPS .. sub ____

this then puts the company into the position of having to grovel to remain
on the Naz ..

this is another beyond predictable pattern .. which includes ambulance
chasing atty firms on hedgie speed dials .. who have *lead plaintiff/s*
on the line .. for instantaneous action when *activated* via hedgies' on the hook

so .. clearly AVXL CONtinues to be a target .. the ? becomes (for me at least)
mgmt's awareness and continued ability to execute

they are working the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation rather diligently these days ..

and lest anyone think their investment is *safe* .. courtesy of the bought
and paid for SEC .. any company (stock) can be targeted and killed off by rote

by (and) so those who abusively short .. never have to cover one *penny*
