Integral trying to convince everyone that UMS was converted to a corp so they could spin off UMS LLC after the bk. If that makes any logical sense to anyone let me know what I am missing.
Back in 2014 I haunted KEYO and the discussion was that it was more difficult to RM with a LLC...not impossible...but more difficult.
Also, having UMS Corp between iTALK and UMS LLC creates a layer of protection for iTALK against unknown liabilities of the target.
I'd say it worked out pretty good in this case. lol
