joey, as I'm sure you noticed, there were a bunch of pump and dump operations by a couple of the traders' gangs at lieHUB. I observed at least 4 where people would start posting excitedly, talk about how this stock was going to be 100/share in a year, and a bunch of other unrealistic BS. Then they were strangely silent when the stock ran up to a peak and fell dramatically (my assumption -- that was when they sold), then a few days or weeks later, they'd come back and pump again.
This chart shows the pumping operations pretty clearly. If I had a lot of time to waste I'd go back and find sample posts from each of those run-ups, but I imagine everyone reading THIS post probably saw it for themselves when it was happening

So it could be that there will not be any substantive news on the Alzheimer's trial for awhile and the stock will flatline or sag. BUT, and this is important:
don't forget that they could announce either:
commencement of animal studies on Parkinson's, using the Michael J. Fox Foundation grant;
or, developing the epilepsy drug which seemingly has been put on the back burner after the good preliminary animal test results.
Or, they could announce something like a deeper statistical analysis of the results on the Alz trial, or a partnership to expand the study, or ? ? ? ? ?
That's the problem with these small biotechs -- any kind of news can spike or tank them, and their news cycle is far less predictable than a big biotech.
