Over the past 3 weeks the share price has been stuck pretty much where we're at now, yet 600 million shares have traded hands over that time. Lot's of accumulation happening, just surprised it hadn't ticked up. As someone mentioned earlier short term flippers would have already bailed otherwise most holding are waiting for more significant developments over the rest of 2016, but apparently there are still plenty of sellers out there. what gives?
