Re: techisbest #32891
Mr. Bordynuik didn't just paint a rosy picture--he flat out defrauded investors with concrete claims of $10/bbl diesel/crude oil and cooked the books to artificially inflate the book value of PTOI by $10M.
As far as extra money--yes. Mr. Bordynuik started Expedite2...a shell company where he appeared to get enough from friends and family to buy controlling interest in the newly formed shell called 310 Holdings for $80,000. 310 Holdings was renamed to John Bordynuik, Inc and later Plastic2Oil, Inc. Now that Mr. Bordynuik defrauded investors out of their money, he's on to a new venture with even more cash. You can make an educated guess as to whether that's just another scam or whether the amazing Mr. Bordynuik somehow invented a brand new revolutionary process to recycle counter tops profitably.
I'm guessing Mr. Bordynuik is going to get very rich while never producing anything of value. There's nobody to stop him and investors keep throwing their money at him like their money is going out of style.
Nobody seems to want to sue Mr. Bordynuik to get their money back. I suspect most investors are in a reverse catch 22--they won't charge Mr. Bordynuik nor PTOI with fraud because they're convinced that PTOI is legit...after all, no shareholder has charged Mr. Bordynuik with fraud.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
