CLTS has been in accumulation mode since around 05/17/2016 after a run up to .35, with the trading in accumulation staying within a very tight trading channel.
During both previous runs this year when the volume fell pretty much off and the pps stayed pretty much flat that was a just prior to the run ups.
Makes you wonder just how close if not getting ready to breakout very very soon??? Just some food for thought.
