The retraining is almost irrelevant at this point- who cares? All that matters is whether they can negotiate a favorable JV with some cash up front. They need cash to run the trial and whether or not they need to retrain a few people makes no difference. Also, GC never said they would make an announcement within any time frame re the training. They issued an 8K that the retraining would take 3- 5 weeks, but we don't know when it will be started, but again it doesn't matter at this point anyway. Also, I have owned a lot of small biotechs where there were delays in starting a trial- it happens all the time. There are often problems with manufacturing- check out IMNP or problems with training - check out TTNP.
