We are? What do I have to do with the lawsuit? Craig invited me but hasn't followed up.
Plus the Judge told Kyle and Craig they need to present witnesses to explain why they didn't buy when they found out the Defendants post were false. (Not that they were. Well maybe two were).
The share price was what.....0245? It's still down nearly 90%.
Those must have been some killer posts, eh?
Then there are Kyle's LIES to the Court. Craig needs to file some corrections.

The Bar already knows Kyle LIED in the 8-11-14 PR per Mary. Craig can't continue to blame his clients, though I'm sure he will. But he saw what Mary had to say to No Show Kyle about that news. And it was repeated by Craig in the complaint he prepared.
