I've always found Our Nations 'Click it or Ticket Campaign' to be a bit out of touch with reality by that simple example.

They push for our local law enforcement officers to pull over an adult driving without a seatbelt, while allowing a school bus to drive on bye with sixty plus kids on it standing up... lol
