Well, all I can say to that is that I have never known Bill to sit around on his ass at any time. In fact, I have been very surprised on more than one occasion of how busy he actually was / is.
Based on history........I personally have no reason to think things have changed.
Frustrating....yes......it definitely can be. But, IMO, that should not distract from what is actually going on. Just IMO of course. GLTA
