The MD investor posted this debunking the notion of competitive products:
Laser Classes:
Class 1 lasers: example: laser printers.
Class 2 lasers example: laser pointers.
Class 3a not exceeding 5 milliwatts radiant power.
Class 3b not exceeding 500 milliwatts radiant power. <---- THIS IS US
Class 4 lasers - exceeding 500 milliwatts : traditional large medical lasers
We are going to own the ONLY Class 3b FDA approved lasers I can find that shoot a traditional beam . The competition uses a bunch of smaller diodes together to try to achieve the same effect, but you have to put it much closer and lose the "laser" accuracy."
