Dolby they told u in SHL the RECAP was "Almost" complete.
No point in announcing anything significant until that is
100% complete, which is likely why they put off the
interview until next week, expecting RECAP will be
100% complete next week, so they can share the details
of that in the INTERVIEW, which then puts their
FUNDING in place, which then sets the stage
for ALL the growth plans coming rest of this year.
