Huh? The filings have already stated the placement went to "high net worth individuals" AT MARKET VALUE (which was around $0.03 so the company procured approx $285,000). Filing says that according to their agreement no shares will be divested or available for sale until audited fins, HHSE market maker is hired, etc. All in the filings.

This is the first managment team I've ever seen in the pinks that really get's it!! Making all the right decisions for shareholders and the health of this stock LONG term, in my opinion.
