Glad this did follow up on this. As I've posted earlier, I have been away from this stock for about a year and just now revisiting it.
But I think the distributors should promote it too, at their local level. Maybe they already are, I don't know. If I was a distributor, I would post ads on craigslist and university related sites to get the BA program out there and get BAs myself.
BA are force multipliers. They expand a distributor's reach easily. But if students, for example, don't know about RMHB then they won't find the BA program on the RMHB site. It has to be promoted locally.
