Phil, I'm sure they can see the calls coming in... and I believe there were no callers holding because no sooner did I call, I was connected to ask my questions (and I hesitated because I wanted to hear others and not be first). I also finished asking questions based on what I heard James respond to my already submitted written questions... and then called in a second time and was taken right away again which means there was no one else in the cue.

Next time, those who want to ask questions need to press *6 or whatever is needed to be lined up to ask. That way, James and whoever's controlling the board/cue will see there are folks lined up.

And here's Bill on our board posting today and I think they're willing to extend time to allow for more callers to get involved.
