Looks like CDEL might still be trying to cover a naked short position - risking 75K on the ask at .01 to try to get losers to sell into his 210K bid at .0095.
The 454,613 traded at 12:17:28 was at the non-retail price of .00938 - once filled the ask went straight to .0100 as the hold back undercut ask below .01 was immediately cancelled before it could get slapped.
