exactly .. they have *l3* .. retail gets l2 .. they see everything .. they can plan
accordingly but what i find telling is regardless of their *actions/efforts*
the very visible *range* of bogus *trades* done daily on any equity ..
(heavily targeted equities equate to an avg of 3 to 5 bogus trades per legit)
which gets pretty interesting when one tracks *volume* avgs .. and CEs'
ability to volume maintenance ..
