i may be wrong .. but i suspect at least one more shake (unless CM can counter)
due to 52 week *low* being reset this week ..
52-Week High
11/03/2015 14.8399 (pre r/s pps about 3.70 ish)

btw .. another who observes .. had a slightly different take re: today's volume
they used the total volume yesterday .. approx 1.040.000 x 2 (2.080) x .. 3/4/5
range of 6.240.000 to 10.400.000
as of my last check .. 10,037,626
i hate to say it .. but imo yesterday's ah report re: legal short .. made today's announcement .. irrelevant
the sec imo is owned outright by those who control *outcomes* .. this was a heavily targeted OTC stock
b4 uplisting .. and it's been heavily targeted since uplisting ..
sure hope CM has a counter plan to offset crooks' resets (very little by way of *covering*) .. imo

see the problem as i see it .. is it's not legal (tip of the iceberg) .. rather it is the embedded abusive (from OTC days) that is the issue ..
they will create abusive shares out of nothing as (they) need/ed but each level of transparency
reveals the rot
that is why AVXL now not only on *volume* watch .. but resetting 52 week low watch .. and what gets reported next
out of both mgmt and what instys' have added this Q .. i also have to double check *volume* ..
but if they didn't succeed in parting legit shares of significance with today's raid (and it was an
old fashioned bear raid planned to the minute) .. then they have additional issues going forward
which will be visible with what next round of legal short data reports alongside algos' ability to do
*volume maintenance* (as i call it) .. remember they are just absorbing *volume* incurred due to
Russell just last month
legal provides a visual for most .. and it's clear that legal has been added to at almost every level of
PPS (whether AVXL was *held/stalled/reset or taken up*) .. what does have me somewhat intrigued
is the board's clarification of CM's EA (timing of) .. could be nothing .. suspect it is something ..
be interesting to see what mgmt articulates next ..
